Have you ever seen tiny shadows, strings or dots pass through your vision, but when you try to focus on them, they’re gone? What you’ve seen are eye floaters, small spots of collagen, or “vitreous,” which is the gel-like material present in your eyes.

- Follow a healthy diet. There are so many nutrients that help with eye health, so make sure your diet is filled with wholesome fruits and vegetables.
- Drink more water. Natural tears in your eyes help flush out any toxins that may be causing the eye floaters.
- Rest your eyes. You may very well be exhausted, so take it easy for a while!
