Dr. Alyssa B. Mancuso is a Florida licensed Optometrist and serves as the Clinical Director at Millennium Laser Eye Centers. Dr. Mancuso completed her undergraduate studies at The University of Tampa. She attended The New England College of Optometry in Boston where she received her Doctor of Optometry degree. Dr. Mancuso started her professional career working in a multi-specialty ophthalmology practice in New York where she specialized in pre & post-operative surgical co-management as well as the diagnosis and management of ocular diseases such as macular degeneration, diabetic retinopathy, glaucoma, advanced cornea diseases, and ocular surface disease.  She later worked in a refractive surgery practice, dedicated exclusively to laser vision correction in Manhattan. After being a contact lens wearer herself for over 20 years, she decided to have LASIK surgery.  To this day it was the best decision she ever made!  Dr. Mancuso moved to South Florida in 2022 and joined Millennium Laser Eye Centers where she is excited to focus her career on changing patient’s lives for the better through refractive surgery.  Dr. Mancuso enjoys sharing her passion and enthusiasm for laser vision correction with her patients and colleagues.
