Getting LASIK has been, by far, one of the best decisions of my life. Ever since I was seven years old I wore glasses, and later on, contact lenses. My contact lenses were the bane of my existence; they were thick, uncomfortable, and often irritated my eyes. Also, due to my high astigmatism, it was impossible for me to see 20/20 even with glasses/contacts. I had great difficulty seeing at night, and avoided nighttime driving at all costs. I had avoided LASIK for many years because I was afraid that it would be painful and that it would have a long recovery time. I was so surprised the procedure was painless and only took a few minutes. Now I can see 20/15 (better than perfect!), and the world seems like a whole new place. I am so happy with my decision and really enjoyed my experience at Millennium Laser Eye Center. Dr. Lessner and his team are the absolute best. I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else!
