The confidence your entire staff instilled in me from the moment I entered the facility is unsurpassed. Everyone was polite, knowledgeable and treated me as if they knew me for years. And this was before I signed up for the procedure. Then, the day of, I was floored watching the other patients before me have their procedure done. Most impressive was Dr. Lessner handing me an article from a magazine that I could barely make out before the procedure, and I could read it no problem right after the procedure! Best decision I have made in a long time.
