My procedure was painless, recovery was quick, and I have never been happier. To wake up in the morning and be able to see without fumbling for my glasses is life changing! After 23 years wearing glasses, the only question that remains is: why didn't I do this sooner? It was an amazing experience. One of the best doctors and staff I've ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The staff was very professional and friendly. The facility was immaculate and comfortable. Dr. Lessner and Dr. Breault were world class amazing. They answered all my questions and had a wealth of knowledge to share. The process from initial consultation to surgery and post-op visit was smooth and seamless. The surgery was completely painless and lasted less than 10 minutes. The technology is first class and I was amazed at how it all worked. I was seeing 20/60 on surgery day and the following morning I was reading the 20/10 line! I couldn't be any happier. I put this off for over 12 years and as I sit here today, I think of how much more comfortable I could have been all these years if I had done this sooner. No more contacts getting lost in the pool or scuba diving, carrying an extra pair of glasses if my lenses were lost while at work or traveling. Being a dedicated sight fishing fanatic the benefits of the procedure are immeasurable. To be able to purchase the best sunglasses for the job without the worry, cost or wait for perscription lenses gives me the freedom to pursue my passion around the globe. No longer am I hamstrung by the need to plan ahead and bring 4 pairs of glasses on a trip. Wish I would have had the procedure a few years ago.
As a Police SWAT operator, having clear vision, and healthy eyes is incredibly important, and now not having to worry about prescription lenses (which could break) or contact lenses (which can come out or damage) during an operation gives me peace of mind that I will be able to see even if something were to happen to my protective eyewear...
